If you have any queries, please contact amy@owendavey.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a small family business and we have two young children, so we may not respond as quickly as some commercial giants. 

 

Returns Policy

You have 14 days from delivery of your purchase to let us know that you want to return your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Any items you want to return will need to be repackaged and we recommend that you use a delivery with proof of postage. You cover the cost of postage. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be made to the payment card within 10 business days. If we have not received the returned order within 14 days we will assume you have decided to keep your order instead. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to email amy@owendavey.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed then the returns policy will then apply.

Delivery Policy
All items will be dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
At this time, we cannot deliver to the EU due to new GPSR rules (thanks, Brexit!)

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40

Postage timescales are provided by our delivery service Royal Mail. Please note that we are unable to guarantee these delivery times. Orders may occasionally be delayed or lost. If this happens, please contact us at amy@owendavey.com as soon as possible. This will enable us to get everything back on track. Please bear with us and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters. Your orders help to support a small business.
When ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict these amounts. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
